All return packages must include the return and exchange form below (print)
Tribal West will return or exchange any unused, non customized merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by hard copy proof of purchase and can be refunded as merchandise credit or original payment method. Customized items which include team stores items, custom dyed and/or strung heads and any other specialty personalized merchandise are not valid for return or exchange. Custom order helmets may be returned or exchanged but will incur a 20% restocking fee, which is imposed by the helmet manufacturers.
Many products have warranties beyond the 30 day period through our manufacturers, which apply to the product only and not to any additional rendered services such as head dyeing or stringing. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty will apply, so any defective product must be returned directly to the manufacturer with valid receipt. The manufacturer will assess the defect and make a determination regarding repairs, replacement, or substitution of similar items. Unfortunately, if no record exists of you and/or your purchase in our system or there is no hard copy receipt, no exchange or return privileges will be allowed. Please note that Final Sale merchandise is never eligible for exchange or return. Customers are responsible for all associated return shipment costs, excluding returns originating from fulfillment errors on behalf of Tribal West. We suggest sending returns through a traceable shipment service (UPS) to ensure delivery.
Custom Color Helmet
Custom helmets are exchangeable for resize only. A Custom-Color helmet is any helmet other than solid white with black facemask. Tribal West reserves the rights to all decisions regarding returns. Any mis-ordered/returned helmet will be charged a 20% restocking fee by helmet manufacturer(s) on any custom helmet. Rush Delivery on custom helmet order is after the helmet is manufactured. Return shipping cost on Customer error returns (size/product)are beared by the customer. Customer error exchange(s) are charged $9.95 return shipping charge beared by customer. Returns/Exchanges due to Tribal West error are not subject to return shipping charges. Tribal West reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors. Tribal West is not responsible for returns/exchanges until item is Received & Accepted at Destination. Please send all returns via UPS.
